FAQs
What size dog does it fit?
It's designed for small and medium dogs up to 44 lb (20 kg). For the coziest fit, your pup should be able to sit and curl up comfortably inside. Check the dimensions in the product photos before ordering.
Will it fit my car?
It fits most cars and SUVs. The adjustable straps loop around the headrest and your seatbelt passes through the guides on the back, so it stays in place. We recommend the back seat. If you use the front, move the seat all the way back and follow your vehicle's airbag guidance.
How do I keep my dog in the seat?
The built-in tether has a metal snap clip. Attach it to your dog's harness, never to a collar, and adjust the length so they can sit and lie down comfortably without jumping out.
Is it a crash-tested car seat?
No. It's a comfort booster that keeps your dog cozy, elevated and close to you on everyday rides. It is not a crash-tested safety restraint.
How do I wash it?
Lift out the cushion, unzip the base and remove the foam. Wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and let it air dry before putting the foam back. Always follow the care label.
Can I use it as a bed at home?
Yes. Just unclip the straps and place it on the floor or the couch. Most pups end up using it as their favorite nap spot.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Delivery then typically takes 6–12 business days depending on your location.
